PyCharm is the best IDE for python development, to check out new python project each time is also not that much hazel, follow the mention steps. That will easy your onboarding process.
PyCharm Version Control: Checkout new project
Follow the steps:
- Go to VCS
- Get version control
- You will have popup like this

- Paste your git version control clone URL into URL and press Clone button at the bottom
- After the cloning process is done
- I would ask for to open the clone project either same windows or new window
- Choose what you want
- I perform to select new window
Once PyCharm is open with your project checkout, next step is to set the python interpreter for the project
- Look at the bottom right you check out the master branch which you can change later
- second, see the highlighted <No interpreter>
- Which we need to set

- Click on that interpreter - to start setting it up
- you would have following window open
- Next, if it the first time you are setting the PyCharm or Project interpreter then we have to add the new interpreter anyways
- Else if you had created some projects interpreter for other project and wanted to share with your current project, you can do that via Project interpreter drop-down arrow and select which you love to use.
- If it is the first time then click on the setting icon highlighted in red and click on add

- Do not do anything, just try to pick any base interpreter from the drop-down and click ok
- It will create python custom interpreter for your project
- where you can download any packages with respect to your project needs
- To do that just click on + icon on the right side and search the package you wanted to install and hit apply and ok once done.

- now you can see your new interpreter is here to start with.
